Account Executive
Responsibilities
Initiate, develop, and secure strong relationships with hiring managers and executives to raise sales of staff augmentation services.
Manage the entire staffing sales cycle for contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placements.
Maintain familiarity with current technology to secure a role of a trusted advisor to clients through the consultative sales approach.
General Requirements
Must have strong networking and sourcing skills including minimum of two years of outside sales, lead generation, cold calling, in-person and telephone experience in staffing or recruiting industry. Verifiable success in growing client relationships through exceptional service delivery management. Meet regularly with current clients and prospects in order to cultivate business relationships and promote client retention. Participate in professional, business or civic organizations to increase company’s name recognition.

- Demonstrated responsibility and effectiveness in meeting goals.
- Ability to create and interpret financial and operational reports.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office, e-mail, Internet based research).
- Four-year college degree or equivalent strong consultative sales experience.
- Minimum two years in IT Consulting/Staffing environment preferred. Direct technical experience strongly preferred.
Must be local to the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex.
